Private building surveyors must notify Council within 7 days of issuing a building permit. This notification includes lodging the necessary documents.

Section 30: Lodgement of Building Permit Documentation

This section involves the lodgement of building permit documentation by private building surveyors along with the payment of the lodgement fee.

Section 73: Notification of Completion of Building Work

Private building surveyors must notify the council of the completion of building work by lodging the necessary documents online.
