Before you start

A certificate of non-compliance shows that a pool or spa barrier does not meet the safety standards set by the Victorian Building Authority.
If an inspector finds your barrier is non-compliant, they will issue a certificate of non-compliance and lodge it with the Council. You will receive a copy of this certificate.

Please note

This application is to be completed by a pool/spa inspector ONLY. This is NOT for an owner to submit. The fee will be sent to the owner upon submission.
