Before you start

Extensions of time will only be considered in the following circumstances:
  • You have booked an inspection to have the barrier inspected and the next available date is after the applicable lodgement date.
  • You have had the barrier inspected and are required to carry out works in order to have the certificate of compliance issued and the reinspection has been booked.
  • You have a building permit issued and works are currently being carried out on your property that include modification to the existing pool or spa barrier.
An application is not a guarantee and each request will be assessed on a case by case basis.
